General Information


Any club or organization that places an order with Favor-IT Promotions, Inc. ( acknowledges it has the authorization for reproductions of its logos, crests, insignias or designs for its own use.  Favor-IT Promotions, Inc. ( cannot be held liable for any violation of any law, judicial decision, rule, regulation, ordinance, franchise or similar arrangements, informal or formal, oral or writtenrelating to trademarks, copyrights or service marks.  Any artwork sent in is non-refundable and becomes property of Favor-IT Promotions, Inc, ( and may be used in future marketing material unless given prior notice in writing at the time of order.  The depiction of any logo, name or designs are for demonstration purposes only and does not imply licenses with all organizations have been made.  Due to licensing constraints, some products may not be available for sale to your organization.  The products pictured on your website are commemorative keepsakes and are not to be used for alcohol consumption or hazing.  All licensed organizations with Favor-IT Promotions, Inc. ( will be subject to an 8.5% royalty fee.


Favor-IT Promotions, Inc. ( requires payment arrangements be made priob to shipping any order.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, organization check, money order, certified check or school purchase order.  Payment in full must be received within 48 hours of order placement unless a credit card number is given as a guarantee of payment.  If payment in full is received prior to the ship date, your credit card will be charged.  An additional penalty of $35.00 will be incurred if the credit card is declined or contested, or if your check bounces.  Once payment has been received no increases or decreases can be made.


Set-up charges vary per product ranging from $0.00-$50.00.


All orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled.


Unless noted the standard production is 10 working days plus transit time to produce orders.  Please note that any order placed after 12:00 pm EST., will not begin production until the next business day.  Production countdown does not begin until payment and art are received.


Normal production time for all personalized products is 10 business days plus transit time.  If the date required is less than normal production, a $40.00 rush fee will apply.  The shipping is based on ground shipping rates via UPS or Fedex.  Depending on your location, air shipping may be required and additional shipping costs will be incurred.  A customer service representative will contact you if this applies.


When your shipment is received, please inspect all merchandise immediately.  All breakage will be replaced if possible.  No refunds will be given unless breakage cannot be replaced.  Favor-It Promotions, Inc. ( will not be held responsible for any damages or shortages not reported within 72 hours.  We cannot guarantee that damaged goods will be replaced by your event.  Favor-IT Promotions, Inc. ( is no way responsible for any delays or shipping errors made by the carrier. 


Favor-IT Promotions, Inc. ( reserves the right to substitute items of comparable value in the event that the particular itemyou ordered is temporarily out of stock or discontinued.


All designs on the website are provided free of charge.  All custom designs and rosters may require a $25.00 for redraw or roster setup (typesetting).  Please send all rosters in an excel or word program.  Any error in spelling or art on your order is not our resposibility unless artwork is submitted camera ready.
